Customer Service Counter

The customer service counter is the "one stop" public information and service counter for the Community Development, Building, and Public Works Departments. The customer service counter:

• Provides plan reviews
• Issues building and sign permits
• Accepts planning entitlement applications
• Provides information on:
  • Zoning and land use regulations
  • Design review and historic preservation
  • Subdivision maps
  • Floods
  • Sewers

The counter staff will help you determine what types of permits or other approvals (such as discretionary entitlements) are needed for your project and will assist you in filing the necessary application forms.
