City Clerk Department

The office of the City Clerk:

  • Houses and maintains all public records and the Auburn Municipal Code

  • Files campaign and economic interest disclosures as required by the Political Reform Act

  • Prepares agendas and minutes for the City Council, AUDA, and Annexation Committee

  • Processes applications for all commission, committee, and board volunteers

  • Provides forms for requesting that agendas/minutes are mailed to you, applications for all council-appointed committees and commissions, claims against the City of Auburn, and appeals to City Council.
