    This is the time provided so members of the audience may speak to the Authority on any item not on this agenda. Please make your comments as brief as possible. The Authority cannot act on items not included on this agenda; however, the items will be automatically referred to staff.


    2. CONSENT CALENDAR

    All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine in nature and will be approved by one blanket motion with a roll call vote.

    There will be no separate discussion of these items unless persons request specific items to be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion and separate action. Any items removed will be considered after the motion to approve the Consent Calendar.

    By MOTION approve AUDA Minutes of 04/25/2011 and 06/27/2011.


  3. Old City Hall/ 1103 High Street – Flat Roof Specialists - Notice of Completion  Pages 7 - 10

    By RESOLUTION authorize an additional $5,712 and the recording of a Notice of Completion for the work performed by Flat Roof Specialists for the Old City Hall Project at 1103 High Street.


  4. Old Town Firehouse Project – Capital Improvements - Notice of Completion  Pages 11 - 14

    By RESOLUTION authorize the recording of a Notice of Completion for the work performed by Capital Improvements for the Old Town Firehouse Project at 1677 Lincoln Way.


  5. Old City Hall/ 1103 High Street – Gabe Mendez, Inc - Notice of Completion  Pages 15 - 18

    By RESOLUTION authorize an additional $1,131.59 and the recording of a Notice of Completion for the work performed by Gabe Mendez, Inc. for the Old City Hall Project at 1103 High Street.
