    By MOTION approve the minutes of November 9, 2009 and November 23, 2009.


  3. Streetscape Phase 1- Change Order for Additional Paving, Replacement of a Concrete Driveway and ADA upgrades    Pages 9-12

    By RESOLUTION authorize the Executive Director to execute a change order for additional paving of Linden Avenue, Lewis Street and the City of Auburn parking lot (including ADA upgrades) and replacement of a concrete driveway adjacent to the Streetscape Phase I project.
