  2. Agreement with Fraser & Associates – AUDA 5- year Implementation Plan Update   Pages 3 - 20

    By RESOLUTION authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement with Fraser & Associates to prepare and update the 5- Year Implementation Plan as it relates to the Auburn Urban Development Authority.
