  2. Underground Utility District 2010A – Agreements and Payments to Utility Companies for Undergrounding Infrastructure  Pages 3-8

    1. By RESOLUTION authorize the Director of Public Works to execute an agreement with PG&E for the placement of wiring and other appurtenances for the undergrounding of electric facilities in an amount not to exceed $196,150.56 for the Underground Utility District 2010A pending approval and award of the construction contract for Streetscape Phase 2.

    3. 2. By RESOLUTION authorize the Director of Public Works to execute an agreement with AT&T for the placement of wiring and other appurtenances for the undergrounding of AT&T facilities in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00 for the Underground Utility District 2010A pending approval and award of the construction contract for Streetscape Phase 2.

    3. By RESOLUTION authorize the Director of Public Works to execute an agreement with WAVE Broadband for the placement of wiring and other appurtenances for the undergrounding of WAVE Broadband facilities in an amount not to exceed $36,070.53 for the Underground Utility District 2010A pending approval and award of the construction contract for Streetscape Phase 2.
