    By MOTION approve Auburn Urban Development Authority minutes of February 28, 2011.


  3. Streetscape Phase 2 – Rejection of Bids, Reduction of Scope and Permission to Advertise  Pages 7-8

    By MOTION:

    1. Reject all three bids submitted for the Auburn Streetscape Phase 2 Project.

    2. Request staff to work with the consultant to reduce the scope of the project to reflect AUDA budget constraints.

    3. Grant the Public Works Director permission to re-advertize the reduced scope design for Auburn Streetscape Phase 2 for construction.
