  1. Public Comment

    This is the time provided so members of the audience may speak to the Authority on any item not on this agenda. Please make your comments as brief as possible. The Authority cannot act on items not included on this agenda; however, the items will be automatically referred to staff.


  2. Minutes   
    By MOTION approve the AUDA Minutes of February 9, 2009.


  3. Auburn UDA Streetscape Project Phase 1- CEQA and Permissions to Advertise   

    A. By RESOLUTION find the Auburn Streetscape Phase 1 categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15301 (Existing Facilities); Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction); Section 15303 (New Construction); and Section 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land).

    B. By MOTION grant the Public Works Director permission to advertise the Auburn Streetscape Phase 1 for construction.


  4. Parking Study   
    By RESOLUTION adopt an agreement to provide funding for the construction of a bus stop by the Chamber of Commerce.
