    This is the time provided so members of the audience may speak to the Authority on any item not on this agenda. Please make your comments as brief as possible. The Authority cannot act on items not included on this agenda; however, the items will be automatically referred to staff.

  2. Jury Parking Lot Project Phase 2 & 3 – Permission to Advertise  

    By MOTION

    A. Find that the Jury Parking Lot Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) subject to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities); Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction); and Section 15311 (Accessory Structures); and

    B. Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for the Jury Parking Lot Project.

  3. Ad Hoc Streetscape History and Art Advisory Committee  

    Discuss appointments to the Ad Hoc Streetscape History and Advisory Committee.
