    This is the time provided so members of the audience may speak to the Authority on any item not on this agenda. Please make your comments as brief as possible. The Authority cannot act on items not included on this agenda; however, the items will be automatically referred to staff.


    2. CONSENT CALENDAR

    All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine in nature and will be approved by one blanket motion with a roll call vote.
    There will be no separate discussion of these items unless persons request specific items to be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion and separate action. Any items removed will be considered after the motion to approve the Consent Calendar.


  2. Old City Hall/ 1103 High Street – Notice of Completion  Pages 3-6

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the recording of a Notice of Completion for the work performed by Ken Magee Company for the Old City Hall Project at 1103 High Street.

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute a construction contract with Gabe Mendez, Inc. for the Old City Hall/ 1103 High Street Trench Drain Project in an amount not to exceed $15,664.



  4. Streetscape Phase 2 Project – Additional Grinding and Paving  Pages 11-12

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Public Works Director to execute a change order with Hansen Brothers Enterprises for additional grinding and paving through Oakwood Drive in an amount not to exceed $38,000.
