    By MOTION approve the minutes of October 12, 2009.


  3. Jury Parking Lot Project – Bid Award  Pages 9-12

    By RESOLUTION authorize the Director of Public Works to execute a construction contract with Gabe Mendez, Inc. for the Jury Parking Lot Project in an amount not to exceed $239,698.94.

  4. Mercy Auburn Senior Apartments – Commitment of AUDA Funding Associated with HUD 202 Application  Pages 13-18

    By RESOLUTION approve a commitment to contribute $300,000 from the Redevelopment Low/Moderate Housing Set Aside Fund toward the construction of the Mercy Auburn Senior Apartment project.
