    By RESOLUTION approve the acceptance of $16,580.00 of additional funds from the Department of Homeland Security for the purpose of purchasing three in car cameras systems for Auburn Police Department.

  6. Results of Annual Audit – Fiscal year 2008-09  Pages 35-40

    Receive and file the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the City of Auburn for Fiscal Year 2008-09.

  7. City Council Committee Reports  

    The purpose of these reports is to provide information to the city council and public on projects and programs that are discussed at committee meetings. No decisions are to be made on these issues. If a council member would like formal action on any of these discussed items, it will be placed on a future city council agenda.

  10. By RESOLUTION approve a pilot program to study the feasibility of leasing vehicles to include maintenance.

  12. By MOTION to authorize the Director of Public Works or his designee to submit the Auburn Municipal Airport Capital Improvement Plan 2010-2015 to the Federal Aviation Administration.

  13. Establishment of a Brewery Lane Ad Hoc Committee    Pages 53-56

  14. By RESOLUTION establish an Ad Hoc Committee to make recommendations for the use of the City owned property on Brewery Lane.
