Agreement with Summer Ridge Subdivision Developer

By RESOLUTION authorize the Director of Public Works to contribute funds to the developer to reconstruct the southbound travel lane on Oakridge Way fronting the Summer Ridge subdivision project in an amount not to exceed $20,502.60.
