  10. The purpose of these reports is to provide information to the city council and public on projects and programs that are discussed at committee meetings. No decisions are to be made on these issues. If a council member would like formal action on any of these discussed items, it will be placed on a future city council agenda.


    COUNCIL BUSINESS


  11. Reconsideration of Relaxing Temporary Sign Regulations   Pages 47-84

    Discussion item and options:

    Take no action. Resolution 10-88 remains and enforcement of temporary signage will continue; or


    By RESOLUTION, repeal Resolution 10-88 and provide the Community Development Director with authority to utilize prosecutorial discretion in the application of the temporary sign requirements of the City of Auburn.


  12. Proposed Schedule for Charter City Hearings   Pages 85-86

    By RESOLUTION, direct the City Manager to include on the council agenda for the June 13, July 11 and August 8, 2011 meetings, a discussion item as to whether the City of Auburn should place a Charter on the March or June 2012 election ballot.
