All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine in nature and will be approved by one blanket motion with a roll call vote.

    By MOTION authorize the Police Department to submit an application for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.

  2. Notification of Application for the Placer County Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee Grant   Pages 11 - 14

    By MOTION authorize the Police Department to accept grant funds if they are awarded for the purpose of purchasing one Automated License Plate Recognition (LPR) System and the accompanying hardware and software.

  3. Financial Advisory Professional Services Agreement - Urban Futures, Inc.  Pages 15 - 64

    By RESOLUTION authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Auburn and Urban Futures, Inc. to provide Financial Advisory Services related to the proposed issuance of Wastewater Treatment Facility Revenue Bonds/Certificates of Participation.

    By MOTION authorize the additional special route for Transit on the weekend of May 16-17, 2009.
