PUBLIC HEARING
- 2012/2013 Sewer Assessment to be Placed on the Placer County Tax Roll Pages 99-104
Hold a public hearing, and by RESOLUTION, authorize the levy of sewer service changes for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 to be placed on the County of Placer Tax Roll.
- Auburn Recreation District (ARD) Request for Changes to the Park Impact Mitigation Fee Pages 105-184
Hold a public hearing, and by RESOLUTION, amend the Park Impact Mitigation Fee to be consistent with the park development impact fees proposed in the Auburn Recreation District Park Development Impact Fee Nexus Study March 2012, or as otherwise modified by City Council.
COUNCIL BUSINESS
- Operating, Debt Service and Capital Project Budget for Fiscal Year 2012-13 – Final Adoption Pages 185-190
By RESOLUTION, adopt revenue estimates and expenditure appropriations for all City Funds for fiscal year 2012-13 as summarized in the fund schedules presented with the Fiscal Year 2012-13 Proposed Budget.
By RESOLUTION, establish a General Fund “cash reserve” in the amount of $2,839,065 as summarized in the General Fund schedule presented with the Fiscal Year 2012-13 Proposed Budget.
- Reconsideration of the City’s Temporary Sign Program Pages 191-210
By RESOLUTION, continue to provide the Community Development Director with authority to utilize prosecutorial discretion in the application of the temporary sign requirements terminating ninety (90) days following effectuation of the City’s Updated Sign Ordinance.
