    By RESOLUTION ratify and approve payment of warrants #75339 through #75567 totaling $1,464,618.22.


  2. Application for State HOME Program Funding for a First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program and Housing Rehabilitation Program  Pages 9-108

    A. By RESOLUTION, approve submittal of a 2010 application to HCD requesting $800,000 for funding of a First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program and a Housing Rehabilitation Program; authorize execution of a Grant Agreement and any amendments thereto; and designate and authorize the City Manager or Community Development Director to execute, on behalf of the City of Auburn, all HOME related documents.


    B. By RESOLUTION, approve the HOME First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program and the Housing Rehabilitation Guidelines.


  3. Authorization for the Fire Chief to Submit Grant Applications to the Sierra Nevada Conservancy Proposition 84 Grants Program  Pages 109-112

    By RESOLUTION, aauthorize the Fire Chief to submit grant applications to the Sierra Nevada Conservancy Proposition 84 Grants Program.


  4. Authorization for the Fire Department to Purchase One (1) New Utility/ Command Vehicle  Pages 113-120

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Fire Chief to proceed to purchase one (1) new utility/ command vehicle through the State of California contract for a total amount of $30,581.95 (all fees and taxes inclusive).


  5. Auburn Municipal Airport – Airfield Pavement Seal Coat and Taxiway Lighting Project (AIP 3-06-0012-10) - Award  Pages 121-124

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute construction contracts for the Auburn Municipal Airport – Airfield Pavement Seal Coat and Taxiway Lighting Project (AIP 3-06-0012-10) with Valley Slurry Seal for the seal coat portion of the project in an amount not to exceed $462,650.10 and;

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute construction contracts for the Auburn Municipal Airport – Airfield Pavement Seal Coat and Taxiway Lighting Project (AIP 3-06-0012-10) with Studebaker Brown Electrical for the lighting portion of the project in an amount not to exceed $65,890.00.


  6. 2010/11 Annual Local Transportation and State Transit Assistance Fund Claims  Pages 125-130

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to submit and execute on behalf of the City of Auburn the 2010/11 Transportation Development Act claims for the Local Transportation Fund in the amount of $525,648 and the State Transit Assistance Fund in the amount of $57,931 to the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA).


  7. Regional Wastewater Project Value Engineering Study – Request for Funding  Pages 131-142

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to reimburse Placer County Facility Services for the City of Auburn’s share of the Value Engineering study costs in an amount not to exceed $17,000.


  8. Administrative Services Department Climate Control Project  Pages 143-156

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to enter into a construction agreement with Maki Heating & Air Conditioning for the Climate Control Project for the Administrative Services Department at City Hall.


  9. Vintage Oaks Lift Station Project – Notice of Completion  Pages 157-160

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the recording of a Notice of Completion for the Vintage Oaks Lift Station Project.
