By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Program Supplement No. N010 for Project Number CML-5077 (016) EA Number 03-929256 for the purchase of a Street Sweeper.

By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute a construction contract with Teichert Construction for the 2010-11 Street Overlay Project in an amount not to exceed $468,423.18.

Receive, review and file the “City of Auburn Quarterly Investment Report” for the quarter ending June 30, 2010.
- Auburn Municipal Airport Project – Consultant Agreement with Ivan
By RESOLUTION, authorize the Public Works Director to execute a consultant agreement with IKAE for construction related services associated with the Auburn Airport Improvement Project Number 3-06-0012-10 (Taxiway Lighting and Seal Coat Project) in an amount not to exceed $14,840.

By RESOLUTION, approved Amendment No. 6 to the consultant agreement with mark A. Machado in an amount not to exceed $20,000.

By RESOLUTION, adopt the Memorandum of Understanding between the Auburn Police Officers Association and the City of Auburn for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012 and authorize the City Manager to sign on behalf of the City.

- Weed Abatement – Declare Public Nuisance
By RESOLUTION, declare Public Nuisance of certain properties within the City of Auburn identified as containing weeds, rubbish, and or debris, as listed in Exhibit “A.”

The purpose of these reports is to provide information to the city council and public on projects and programs that are discussed at committee meetings. No decisions are to be made on these issues. If a council member would like formal action on any of these discussed items, it will be placed on a future city council agenda.
