    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Program Supplement No. N010 for Project Number CML-5077 (016) EA Number 03-929256 for the purchase of a Street Sweeper.


  3. 2010-11 Street Overlay Project – Award  Pages 33-36

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute a construction contract with Teichert Construction for the 2010-11 Street Overlay Project in an amount not to exceed $468,423.18.


  4. Quarterly Report of Investments – Quarter Ending June 30, 2010  Pages 37-48

    Receive, review and file the “City of Auburn Quarterly Investment Report” for the quarter ending June 30, 2010.


  5. Auburn Municipal Airport Project – Consultant Agreement with Ivan Karnezis   Pages 49-64

    By RESOLUTION, authorize the Public Works Director to execute a consultant agreement with IKAE for construction related services associated with the Auburn Airport Improvement Project Number 3-06-0012-10 (Taxiway Lighting and Seal Coat Project) in an amount not to exceed $14,840.

    By MOTION, the City provide funding for the Old Town Vintage Trailer Classic and funding to cover costs associated with Auburn’s Host-City Invitation Amgen Tour of California.
