By RESOLUTION, grant the appeal and order a new election in compliance with Article II, Section 6.0 (B) of the City’s Employer Employee Relations Policy, which limits the vote to those employed by the City in the 13 positions within this bargaining unit as of 15 days before the date set for the election.
