  1. 2009-10 Street Overlay Project (Indian Hill Road)-Environmental  

    By MOTION find the 2009-10 Street Overlay Project (Indian Hill Road) exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Per Section 15301.c.

  2. Cooperative Agreement for the Loan of Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) with Cal Fire (Department of Forestry & Fire Protection)  

    By RESOLUTION approve and authorize the Fire Chief to sign the Cooperative Agreement for the loan of Federal excess personal property (FEPP) with Cal Fire (Department of Forestry & Fire Protection).

  3. Borland Avenue/East Lincoln Way/State Hwy. 49 Signal Modification Project – Change Order #1  

    By MOTION approve in concept a contract change order to Teichert Construction for the Borland Ave/East Lincoln Way/State Hwy. 49 Signal Modification Project in an amount not to exceed $10,000.

    This is the time provided so that persons may speak to the Council on any item not on this agenda. Please make your comments as brief as possible. The Council cannot act on items not included on this agenda; however, the items will be automatically referred to staff.

REPORTS

  1. City Council Committee Reports

    The purpose of these reports is to provide information to the city council and public on projects and programs that are discussed at committee meetings. No decisions are to be made on these issues. If a council member would like formal action on any of these discussed items, it will be placed on a future city council agenda.

    COUNCIL BUSINESS

  2. Sewer System Management Plan Summary  

    By MOTION adopt the Sewer System Management Plan to comply with the Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements.

  3. City Property, Brewery Lane  

    A. Status Quo. Maintenance as needed.

    B. Direct staff to develop possible alternatives for the use of the property. This item will be brought back to the Council at a future meeting as an action item and if needed approval of funds.
