  9. TEFRA Hearing for Conduit Financing – Mercy Auburn Senior Apartments (585 Sacramento Street)   Pages 83-100

    By RESOLUTION, approve the issuance of the Bonds by the CMFA for the benefit of Mercy Housing California 49, a California limited partnership, to provide for the financing of the Project, such adoption is solely for the purposes of satisfying the requirements of TEFRA, the Code and the California Government Code Section 6500 (and following). The resolution also authorizes the Mayor, City Manager or designee thereof to execute the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with the CMFA.

    By RESOLUTION, support working with a regional water coalition to ensure that in any Delta solution crafted by the California Legislature, Delta Stewardship Council, Department of Water Resources and other state governmental agencies that the water supply interests of Placer residents are acknowledged and protected.
