The Historic Design Review Commission (HDRC) reviews requests for new development, exterior site and building additions and alterations, signs, and building materials and colors for properties within the Old Town Historic District and Downtown Historic District.
The HDRC meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are held in the City Council Chamber at 1225 Lincoln Way.
