The Public Service Counter & Support Division provides a centralized location within City Hall for the public to conduct business with the public works, planning and building functions of the City. The Division also provides clerical and administrative assistance for the Public Works and Community Development Departments. Furthermore, staff coordinates rental of certain City owned facilities:

- City Hall Rose Room
- Carnegie Library Garden Facility at 175 Almond Street
- Auburn School Park.
