The City of Auburn holds an ISO Classification of 3 (The Insurance Services Office Public Grading System).Facilities
The Auburn City Fire Department operates from 3 fire stations with 24/7 coverage of which includes an engine company and a Duty Officer.- Station No. 1 - Martin Park Fire Station (Volunteer)
- Station No. 2 - Gietzen Fire Station (Staffed)
- Station No. 3 - Maidu Fire Station (Staffed)
