With the rise in Covid 19 infections, the City of Auburn is taking precautions to protect both our employees and customers seeking assistance from City Hall.

Effective on December 9, 2020, only the Planning, Building and Engineering counter will have minimum staffing for walk up service. Those seeking Building Permit issuance or pick-up are asked to schedule an appointment by calling 530-823-4211 Extension 136.

Staff in Planning and Engineering will be working remotely so calling to schedule a phone consultation is recommended.

For those wishing to make payments, the Finance Office in Room 1 will be available.

All other offices will be closed but staff will be responding to emails and phone calls.
