PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Auburn as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the
above stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 1225 Lincoln Way,
Auburn, California 95603 up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., on weekday the 17th day of February, 2026. The
bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. on the 17th day of February, 2026, in the City Council
Chambers. The date and time shall be extended by no less than 72 hours if the officer, department, or
Project Manager issues any material changes, additions, or deletions to the invitation later than 72 hours
prior to the bid closing. Any bids received after the time specified above or any extension due to material
changes shall be returned unopened.
