The City of Auburn (City) is seeking proposals from licensed, qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete Phase II of the Baltimore Ravine Shaded Fuel Break (Project). This Project Phase consists of applying herbicide on approximately 120 acres of land previously cleared in Phase I. The City retains the right to award to one or more contractors to ensure the Project is completed within the specified time frame. The maps, scope of work, and specifications, including descriptions of required treatment specifications and environmental protection requirements, are the basis for performing the Project, and establishing a cost proposal. Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm on March 26, 2026, in accordance with the instructions contained herein. Late proposals will not be considered. This is a sealed bid procurement process for professional services conducted pursuant to Auburn Municipal Code section 37.11 and is intended to solicit qualified responsible professionals that are interested in providing services over the course of a nine-month period (Spring 2026 to December 1, 2026). The City intends to make an award(s) using the evaluation criteria listed in the specifications.
