Growing up in Meadow Vista, Kelley has enjoyed and cherished Auburn from a young age. Knowing Auburn inspires grit, adventure, and community spirit, Kelley and her husband chose Auburn to raise their own family. They love all things “Auburn” and can frequently be found commuting by cargo bike, running, hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, or enjoying the great local events, shops, restaurants, and breweries!
Kelley is an avid bike commuter, mountain biker, and Director of Auburn Trails Alliance. She is passionate about making bike and pedestrian infrastructure a priority for the City, connecting the City to its trails, and supporting the City’s General Plan update and first Active Transportation Plan.
Kelley is also passionate about bringing innovative businesses to Auburn, improving the City’s communication with residents, protecting our City and natural resources from wildfire, and helping Auburn embrace its incredible position as the Endurance Capital of the World. Kelley proudly supports small businesses and recognizes they are essential to Auburn’s community and economic success.
Kelley holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Food and Nutrition and understands the importance of a vibrant community to promote physical and mental health across the lifespan. She is the proud mother of two young kids and wants to help build a City that kids and youth can thrive in, feel connected to, and be seen as valuable members of the community.
