The Office of the City Clerk maintains all public records, prepares agendas and minutes, accepts applications for volunteer committees and commissions, and provides forms for claims and appeals to the City Council.
The Planning Division provides technical assistance and professional guidance to the City Council, Planning Commission, Historic Design Review Commission and the public regarding policies and plans that guide the physical development of the City.
